Zhuzhou Hongda Precision Forging Co., Ltd. produces 6.1 million pieces of auto parts annually and leases the standard factory building, office building and ancillary buildings of the former Zhuzhou Sanlian Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. in Nanzhou New District Industrial Park of Zhuzhou Lukou Economic Development Zone. The project covers a total area of 27000 square meters and a total construction area of 6993 square meters. The total investment of the project is 10 million yuan and the environmental protection investment is 186000 yuan. Investment in environmental protection accounts for 1.86 per cent of the total investment. Construction of 6.1 million auto parts project.
Construction process and EIA approval
The environmental impact report form of the project was compiled and completed by Hunan Meijing Environmental Protection Technology Consulting Service Co., Ltd. in December 2018, and was approved by Lukou Branch of Zhuzhou Ecological Environment Bureau on May 21, 2019 (Zhulu EIA Form [2019] No. 29.), In September 2019, the project was completed and commissioned, and the enterprise has applied for a sewage permit. During the installation and trial production of enterprise equipment, there is no environmental pollution complaint and no record of environmental violation punishment.

Disposal of hazardous waste

There are three main types of solid waste in our company: waste mineral oil, empty barrels of mechanical oil, contaminated oil rags and gloves, etc., which are all disposed of by Zhuzhou Xiangsheng Environmental Protection Co., Ltd.
