Zhuzhou Hongda Precision Forging Co., Ltd. was founded in January 2018 originating from the whole acquisition of Zhuzhou Precision Forging Co., Ltd. by Shaoneng Group Shaoguan Hongda Gear Co., Ltd. with a registered capital of RMB18.2million.
Locates at Standard Workshop Block B2, Nanzhou Industrial Park Nanzhou New District, Lukou, Zhuzhou City, Hunan Province, the company is mainly engaged in the precision forging and sales of universal parts, non-ferrous metal, components and spare parts for machinery, vehicle and aircraft as well as the mold manufacturing and marketing, and steel sales.
The company is made up of 6 departments, a laboratory and 5 forging lines (1 each for 300t/400t/1600t and 2 for 630t), a mold production line and a heat treatment line, has 90 employees, including 5 intermediate-senior engineers and 10 upper intermediate technicians.
Certified by the EHS in May 2019 and IATF16949 in Dec. 2019, the company has the annual capacity of 10,000t /4 million pieces of various forgings, serving to the customers from automobile, construction machinery, mining machinery, rail traffic and aerospace.
